The Max Patch Retreat is a non-smoking indoor environment. You are welcome to smoke outside.
Pets are welcome, but a pet fee is required.

WEEKLY RENTALS DURING PEAK SEASONS

As a rule, we will take reservations for weekly rentals ONLY for:
Memorial Day through Labor Day
October, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
UNTIL 30 days before any date during these peak seasons.

Beginning 60 days before a date, you may reserve TWO nights or
more during these peak seasons.

RATES:
2 Night Minimum Stay
2 - 3 nights up to 4 guests $120 per night
Additional guests $10 each

4-7 nights for up to 4 guests $100 per night
Additional guests $10 per night or $60 week
North Carolina sales tax will be added

A $200 deposit, refundable with 60 days notice is required for all reservations. You can pay by check or money order mailed to the
address above, or you can make this deposit with your Credit / Bank Card through Paypal
